Location: Aylesford, Kent

Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Aylesford, Kent. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent benefits, career stability, and the chance to become part of a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of warehouse duties and must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts:
7:00am – 3:30pm
8:30am – 5:00pm
Shift pattern varies weekly
Overtime may occasionally be required
Salary & Benefits
£13.60 per hour
Team-based bonus scheme (historically averaging around 6% of annual salary)
Life insurance cover worth three times basic salary (subject to scheme terms)
Auto-enrolment pension scheme
Additional salary sacrifice pension options available
Uniform provided
On-site parking
29 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata in the first holiday year)
Holiday entitlement increases by one day for each completed year of service, up to an additional four days
Pre-Employment Requirements

A satisfactory Basic DBS check (cost reimbursed by the company)
Verification of five years' employment history, including explanation of any gaps
