An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple refurbishment and construction projects across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple construction and refurbishment projects.
Manage Site Managers and project delivery teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely and on programme.
Monitor project costs and commercial performance.
Maintain quality standards across all projects.
Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
Identify and manage project risks.
Support project planning and mobilisation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and H&S legislation. Requirements
Previous experience as a Contracts Manager.
Main contractor experience preferred.
Strong refurbishment and construction project experience.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Strong commercial awareness.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
SMSTS qualification.
CSCS Card. Package
£70,000 - £80,000 basic salary.
