Are you a Law graduate with an interest in Private Client work? Perhaps you've gained experience in Wills, Probate or Estate Planning during your studies, a placement, or in your first legal role, and you're looking to build a long-term career with a supportive and growing organisation.
We're recruiting on behalf of an established professional services business that is expanding its Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop specialist expertise in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Estate Planning while receiving ongoing training and funded professional qualifications.
The RoleYou'll work directly with clients, providing guidance on a range of private client matters, including:
Drafting and reviewing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Advising clients on estate planning and wealth preservation
Discussing Trust structures and inheritance planning
Building strong, long-term client relationships through a professional and empathetic approach
Managing your own caseload and maintaining accurate client records
Liaising with colleagues and other professionals to deliver an exceptional client experience
Attending occasional client meetings and eventsWhat We're Looking ForWe're keen to hear from candidates who have:
A Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
An interest in Private Client, Wills, Probate, Trusts or Estate Planning
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A professional, empathetic approach with the confidence to build rapport
Flexibility to travel when requiredApplications are particularly welcomed from candidates with experience in Financial Services, Wills or Estate Planning, or those who are STEP or CILEX qualified (or interested in working towards these qualifications - funded by our client).
