About the Opportunity

Uniting Ambition is partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing technology business seeking a talented Product Manager to join its expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping digital products that solve real-world customer challenges. Working within a collaborative cross-functional environment, you'll be responsible for driving product strategy, discovery, delivery and continuous improvement across a growing product portfolio.

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent product execution skills and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.

The Role

As Product Manager, you will own the product life cycle from discovery through to delivery and optimisation, working closely with stakeholders across technology, design, commercial and operational teams.

You'll be responsible for translating business objectives and customer needs into clear product initiatives whilst ensuring development teams remain focused on delivering maximum value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing customer needs, commercial impact and technical feasibility.
  • Gather, analyse and translate stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead product discovery activities, including user research, workshops and validation exercises.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to shape intuitive and engaging customer experiences.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and reviews.
  • Monitor product performance, customer behaviour and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development life cycle to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communicate product direction, priorities and outcomes to key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.

  • Data-driven approach to decision making and product prioritisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing and commercial functions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
