- Provide the deep regulatory lens needed to ensure client data alignment with global reporting regimes.
- Act as the subject matter expert on market regulations during the onboarding process.
- Analyse client transaction data against complex reporting rules to identify gaps.
- Translate evolving regulatory mandates into clear operational requirements for the onboarding team.
- Deep market knowledge of global regulations, specifically G20 EMIR and SFTR (MiFID knowledge is highly beneficial).
