I'm currently working with a well-established and highly respected architectural practice to recruit a talented Architect for their growing team in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative studio delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, education, and public sectors. Lead the design and technical delivery of projects across a variety of sectors
Produce high-quality design proposals, planning submissions, and technical drawing packages
Manage projects throughout the RIBA Plan of Work, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction documentation
Coordinate project teams and contribute to successful project delivery
Assist with mentoring junior members of the architectural team where requiredAbout You:
ARB registered Architect with experience working within a UK architectural practice
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing projects through multiple RIBA stages
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
