Business Development Sales Executive – Scaffolding
Location: Near Blackburn
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £32,000–£36,000 per annum, depending on experience
Bonus Scheme: Performance-related bonus available
About the Role
ForeFront Scaffold Solutions Limited are working on behalf of our fast-growing Scaffold & Access client who are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Sales Executive to join a growing scaffolding company based near Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a background in Construction/Scaffold sales to play a key role in expanding our customer base and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and existing clients.
* Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and market research.
* Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals.
* Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract award.
* Work closely with the estimating and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
About You
* Previous experience in business development or sales within the construction industry is essential.
* Experience in scaffolding sales is advantageous, although other construction-related sales backgrounds will be considered.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning new business.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
