The Role
You will deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, creating a stimulating learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity and resilience.
Working within small classes alongside experienced support staff, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and tailor learning to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Differentiate teaching to maximise learner engagement and progress.
• Assess, monitor and report on student achievement.
• Work collaboratively with pastoral, therapy and SEN colleagues.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Contribute to curriculum development and wider school life.
The Ideal Candidate
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Science within Secondary Education.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
• Commitment to inclusive education and high expectations.
