The Role
As an Assembly Operative, you will be an integral part of the production team, helping to manufacture and assemble high-quality products to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling small, intricate components with accuracy and attention to detail
Following technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures
Carrying out product testing and quality inspections to ensure high standards are maintained
Identifying and reporting any faults or issues during the assembly process
Working collaboratively within a small, supportive team
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
What We're Looking For
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or electronics experience would be advantageous but not essential
Ability to follow written instructions and technical drawings
Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay & Benefits
£12.71 per hour
