Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Wirral
Hours: 20 hours per week (daytime hours – rota to be discussed in person)
Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a kind, friendly, and dependable individual to provide personal support to Stephen, a warm and sociable person who values good conversation and companionship.
Stephen is blind, wears a hearing aid, and experiences arthritis, so he is seeking someone who can offer patient and considerate assistance with daily living tasks, as well as help him stay connected with his local community.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Supporting Stephen with accessing the local community
• Providing general companionship and conversation
About Stephen
Stephen enjoys horse racing and has a real passion for cooking. He is looking for someone who shares his friendly outlook and can support him in maintaining his independence and enjoying everyday life.
Essential Criteria
• Warm, chatty, and approachable personality
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Comfortable assisting with domestic tasks
• Respectful and sensitive to the needs of someone with visual and hearing impairments
• (Preferred but not essential) Holds a valid driver’s licence and can drive
