Group Parts Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
Benefits: Company Vehicle + Bonus
Location: Wimborne
Shift: Mon-Fri (7.30am – 5.00pm)
Group Parts Manager - About the Role
We are seeking a driven, experienced, and people-focused Group Parts Manager to lead Parts operations across five depots. This is a pivotal leadership role within the business, responsible for performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and the continued development of Parts teams. The successful candidate will also take an active, hands-on role as Parts Manager.
Group Parts Manager - What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and support Parts teams across sites, ensuring consistent service standards
* Manage daily operations within a core Parts department
* Monitor and improve key KPIs including profit margins, stock accuracy, availability, and order fulfilment
* Work closely with Service teams to deliver a seamless aftersales experience
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue across both counter and online sales channels
* Develop eCommerce activity, promotions, and stock strategies to meet customer demand
* Build strong supplier relationships to support availability and competitive pricing
Group Parts Manager - About You
* Proven Parts management experience within automotive, construction, or similar sectors
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercially aware with a focus on performance improvement
* Confident managing multiple locations and priorities
* Organised, proactive, and results-driven
* Experience with stock control systems and KPI reporting (preferred)
* Exposure to online parts sales or digital channels is an advantage
