Your responsibilities as Administrator at WLV Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Coordinate engineers' diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
Communicate with customers, letting agents and suppliers to ensure work progresses smoothly.
Monitor van stock levels and arrange replenishment of parts and materials.
Raise invoices using Xero and ServiceM8 while managing shared email inboxes.
Track enquiries and customer pipelines through Go High Level and prepare quotations using Quotient.
Provide day-to-day administrative support that keeps our operations running effectively.
What we're looking for in an Administrator

Previous experience using Xero accounting software.
Strong IT skills with confidence using multiple software platforms.
Experience using, or the ability to quickly learn, ServiceM8, Go High Level and Quotient.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience within the plumbing, heating or wider trades sector would be advantageous.
