About the Role
Muve Healthcare are seeking compassionate and dedicated Paediatric Nurses (RGN/RSCN) to join our growing healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a rewarding environment, delivering high-quality, child-focused care to infants, children, and young people across a variety of healthcare settings.
You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, effective, and family-centred care while ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional nursing care to children and young people.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with NMC guidelines.
* Monitor patients' conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
* Support and educate patients and their families throughout their care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
* Work collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
* Ensure safeguarding policies and infection prevention procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) or Registered Nurse with relevant paediatric experience.
* Minimum of 6 months' recent paediatric nursing experience (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
* Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
* Experience working in NHS or private healthcare settings.
* Paediatric Life Support (PLS/EPLS/APLS) certification.
* Experience caring for children with complex healthcare needs.
