Associate Director Monitoring Surveyor

This is a Permanent, Full-time leadership role with hybrid working, overseeing lender monitoring commissions, development risk management and client relationships across development funding projects.

Responsibilities

* Lead independent monitoring commissions from appointment through completion

* Advise lenders and project stakeholders on development risk

* Oversee monitoring reports, drawdown recommendations and project performance

* Lead and mentor surveying professionals within the monitoring team

* Support business development and regional service growth

Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

* MRICS or equivalent professional qualification

* Significant monitoring surveying or development monitoring experience

* Strong understanding of development finance and project risk

* Proven experience managing client relationships and leading project teams

Salary & Package

* £65,438–£90,938 including £5,438 car allowance

* Annual bonus scheme

* Hybrid working
