Health and Safety Adviser

We're recruiting for a Health & Safety Adviser to join a well-established organisation, helping to build a strong culture of safety and wellbeing across the business.

Pay rate: £26.03 PAYE / £34.42 Umbrella
Location & working pattern: Central London, Hybrid (minimum 2 office days per week, Wednesdays mandatory)
Contract length: 6–9 months, starting ASAP, with potential extensionKey responsibilities:

Provide practical health & safety advice to managers and staff
Support accident and incident investigations
Conduct H&S inspections, audits and risk assessments
Lead on RIDDOR and Mandatory Occurrence Reporting processes
Develop and update H&S policies, procedures and guidance
Deliver H&S training, communications and compliance initiativesJoin a collaborative, purpose-led team committed to keeping employees, service users and contractors safe
