💼 What You'll Be Doing

You'll take full commercial ownership of projects, working closely with delivery teams to drive profitability and ensure successful outcomes from start to finish.

Leading cost management across multiple M&E projects
Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts
Producing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Monitoring project performance and maximising commercial returns
Providing key financial insights to senior stakeholders
Identifying and mitigating risk while driving value

🎯 What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with confident, commercially sharp professionals who can hit the ground running:

Strong experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS
Background in building services / M&E contracting
Solid knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
Proven track record managing projects through the full lifecycle
Excellent negotiation skills and commercial awareness
Driven, proactive, and career-focused mindset
