HR Administrator – Up to 6 months – Liverpool - £30k to £33k DOE
Forrest Recruitment are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to provide administrative and HR support within a fast-paced, growing organisation. This varied role combines executive support, HR administration, event coordination, and internal communications, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse workload and thrives on keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage HR administration, including employee records, onboarding and offboarding, pre-employment checks, and supporting recruitment activities.
* Provide day-to-day administrative and PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management and travel arrangements
* Managing confidential information and adhering to GDRP
* Coordinate internal meetings, events, and conferences, including venue bookings, invitations, and logistics.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while handling confidential information with discretion.
* Support wider business administration and ad hoc projects as required.
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant role
* Strong HR administration experience, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee records.
* Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.
* Confident using Google Workspace and HR systems.
* A proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
