Are you an organised and proactive administrator with excellent customer service skills? We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our busy team in Dunstable, supporting the day-to-day operation of our fleet department.
An office-based role, the working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administration experience and fleet knowledge who enjoys working in a varied role and is confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with vehicle breakdown calls and providing support to drivers
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Managing vehicle taxation requirements
Producing and monitoring credit card reports
Supporting the daily operation of the fleet function
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Undertaking general administrative duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a fleet or transport environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Confident PC user with excellent attention to detail
Professional and friendly telephone manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem-solvingAdditional Information
Full training will be provided
Opportunities to complete online administration training courses and further develop your skills
