At least two years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with electronic, electrical and mechanical components or assemblies.
A good understanding of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, CAPA and NCR management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work across multiple departments.The Role
Inspecting products and monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Investigating product defects and process issues using Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys and 8D methodologies.
Supporting product testing, validation and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
Maintaining quality documentation, including SOPs, control plans, work instructions and inspection records.
Raising and managing NCRs while supporting CAPA activities.
Working closely with Production, Engineering and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve quality issues.
