Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting techniques
Advise candidates on their career options and next moves
Match candidates to exciting tech and engineering roles
Manage the full recruitment process, from first contact through to offer
Work towards achievable targets with ongoing coaching and supportWho We're Looking For
People with a background in sales, telesales, or account management
Anyone who's progressed within a sales role or stayed with an employer and is ready for a new challenge
Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships and aren't afraid of a target
