Salesforce Conga CLM Specialist (Freelance/Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Conga CLM Specialist to join a rapidly growing FinTech-focused engineering environment. In this role, you will play a key part in building and scaling contract life cycle management solutions that drive automation and efficiency across business operations.

Your Role
As a Salesforce Conga CLM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing contract management solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance automation that improves operational efficiency and supports complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable automation solutions using Conga CLM on the Salesforce platform
• Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for Conga and Salesforce development
• Lead end-to-end delivery of CLM solutions across the full software development life cycle
• Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, particularly in cross-platform integrations
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation and solution designs
• Continuously explore and implement improvements, including advanced automation techniques
• Act as an advocate for contract management technologies and contribute to solution adoption

Your Profile

• Strong experience with Salesforce development (Apex, triggers, Visualforce)
• Hands-on experience with Conga CLM and contract life cycle management processes
• Experience building custom UI components (Lightning Pages, Aura, LWC)
• Proven experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations (eg, e-signature or document solutions)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and working in production-scale systems
• Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer)
• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments
• Knowledge of automation trends and emerging technologies
• Experience working in distributed or global teams
