Initial 6 Month Contract | Hybrid (Glasgow) | Competitive Day Rate
We're recruiting for an experienced Systems Integration Manager (SIM) to join a high-profile technology programme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the heart of complex software delivery, coordinating multiple technical teams and ensuring successful end-to-end integration across enterprise platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and programme stakeholders, translating technical challenges into clear, actionable outcomes while driving delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate software development, architecture, infrastructure, testing and third-party delivery teams.
Take ownership of end-to-end systems integration activities.
Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues and delivery milestones.
Coordinate interface design and integration between multiple enterprise systems.
Drive integration testing, release planning and deployment readiness.
Work closely with Technical Leads, Architects, Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure successful delivery.
Produce clear delivery reporting and communicate technical progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify, manage and escalate integration risks and blockers.
Support Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Experience

Java-based integrations
Middleware technologies
Enterprise system integrations
Azure or AWS
DevOps and CI/CD
About You
You'll be a confident delivery professional who understands how enterprise systems fit together. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you'll be comfortable working alongside technical teams, challenging where appropriate, managing dependencies and explaining complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
