Behaviour Mentor - Full-Time | Lewisham
Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for your next rewarding opportunity?
We are seeking a dedicated and confident Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and supportive school in Lewisham on a full-time (5 days per week) basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while becoming part of a fantastic school community that values staff development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support to students.
Build positive relationships that encourage engagement and personal development.
Implement behaviour strategies to promote positive outcomes.
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to support individual student needs.
Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.
Possesses strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and safeguarding.
Holds a degree (preferred but not essential).
Is resilient, proactive, and passionate about supporting young people.
