Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Sussex (Office Based, Close to Brighton) | £40,000 – £45,000 | Monday to Friday

Domiciliary Care | Career Progression | Growing Provider | Supportive Leadership Team

Lead an established service. Drive quality. Shape future growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced domiciliary care leader to join a growing provider as a Registered Manager, taking responsibility for an established service currently delivering approximately 500 hours of care per week to around 50 service users across Sussex.

You'll inherit a stable service with strong foundations, giving you the opportunity to focus on developing the team, strengthening quality, supporting growth and delivering outstanding, person-centred care. With the backing of an experienced senior leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to influence the future direction of the service while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational performance.

Growing provider with ambitious expansion plansThe Role As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, regulatory and commercial performance of the domiciliary care service, ensuring safe, effective and high-quality care is delivered at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing day-to-day operational leadership across the domiciliary care service.
Leading, developing and retaining a high-performing office and care team.
Managing recruitment, workforce planning and rota management.
Maintaining CQC compliance and inspection readiness.
Overseeing quality assurance, safeguarding, audits and governance.
Monitoring budgets, KPIs and service performance.
Building strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
Supporting business growth and the mobilisation of new care packages.
Driving a positive, values-led culture focused on quality and outcomes.About You
This opportunity would suit an experienced Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Care Manager with a strong background in domiciliary care who is looking to take ownership of an established service and play a key role in its continued development.

You will bring:

Previous management experience within domiciliary care.
A strong understanding of CQC regulations and regulatory compliance.
Experience leading, motivating and developing care teams.
Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to support sustainable service growth.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
Full UK driving licence.
