Develop and deliver a content and storytelling strategy across channels
Create engaging content including articles, social posts, video, and email campaigns
Gather and write sensitive, real-life stories for multiple audiences
Support video production, including planning, filming, and distribution
Work with agencies and creatives to produce high-quality multimedia content
Manage story databases, consent processes, and content usage tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns and organisational goals
Monitor budgets and support best practice in content and storytelling across teamsProfile
Proven experience creating engaging written and digital content
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences
Experience interviewing individuals and handling sensitive information professionally
Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Confident building relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience using CMS platforms and digital communication tools
Strong organisational, communication, and content planning skills
Proactive, creative, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentJob Offer
