CNC Machinist / CNC Operator

First Achieve Engineering Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading precision engineering company for experienced CNC Machinists to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern manufacturing environment producing high-precision components for the Oil & Gas, Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear and Renewable Energy sectors.

The Role

Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines.
Manufacture components from engineering drawings.
Carry out first-off and in-process inspections.
Complete online programming and machine adjustments where required.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Engineering apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years' CNC turning and/or milling experience.
Online programming experience.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
