Are you an organised and friendly administrator with excellent customer service skills?

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and welcoming team in Hastings on a three-month temporary basis. This is a varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and helpful service both over the phone and face-to-face.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time, temporary
Location: Hastings
Salary:£13.09 p/h
Key Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for clients both in person and over the phone
Responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Managing incoming emails and telephone calls
Processing invoices accurately
Making bookings and updating internal systems
Liaising with suppliers and contractors to coordinate services
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office

Skills, Experience & Training Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the telephone and email
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Able to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload
Friendly, approachable and professional manner
Good knowledge of GDPR
Competent using Microsoft Office and general office systems
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently as well as part of a team
