Henderson Brown is delighted to be partnering with an FMCG business to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer. This role is key to ensuring the continued performance and reliability of production equipment while supporting daily operational demands.
Maintenance Engineer
Salary - Up to £47,000
Shift Pattern - Either Sunday to Thursday/Monday to Friday (Night Shift)
Location - Lincolnshire
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the wider Engineering and Operations teams to deliver effective maintenance support across production lines.
Carry out inspections and conduct breakdown response activities to minimise equipment downtime.
Manage and contribute to a preventative maintenance strategy, ensuring timely servicing of machinery and minimal disruption to output.
Identify and recommend technical improvements and safety upgrades to enhance equipment performance.
Log and report any equipment faults or repair requirements, maintaining optimal functionality across the site.
Organise and prioritise maintenance tasks efficiently to avoid delays and ensure smooth production flow.Requirements:
A recognised qualification in Engineering or related technical field.
Experience in a similar role such as (multi skilled engineer, shift engineer, electrical maintenance engineer, engineering technician, maintenance technician)
Practical experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role within a production or manufacturing setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
