Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 12 months.
Daily Rate: £200.00 Umbrella
Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid 3 days in office based in Belfast. Monday - Friday 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional client satisfaction while adhering to global audit, compliance, risk, and control requirements.
Own onboarding requests from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and swift process.
Communicate progress and status updates to both internal and external stakeholders regularly.
Manage your pipeline of requests, providing timely updates and follow-ups.
Proactively identify and escalate any issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
Analyse data on end-to-end processes to track turnaround times and improve efficiencies.What We are Looking For:
A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
