As the on-site leader and brand ambassador, you'll drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction whilst overseeing all operational aspects of this luxury living community.
Lead all on-site operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services with a focus on community building
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional living experience
Drive leasing performance, manage budgets, and ensure the asset is maintained to the highest standards Preferred Requirements
Proven experience in property management, private rented sector (PRS), hospitality, or a related sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams
Commercially astute with demonstrated experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
Ability to create and deliver an outstanding resident experience with a strong focus on community engagement
Experience establishing corporate letting partnerships and driving leasing outcomes Preferred Qualifications
