Prospero Group are recruiting for a Education Recruitment Consultant to join our brilliant Southampton team!
What You'll Do:
Business Development: Proactively develop new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, networking, referrals, and client visits.
Client Relationship Management: Develop strong and lasting relationships with schools. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to maximise repeat business and identify additional staffing opportunities
Candidate Sourcing: Source, interview, and register high-quality education professionals, including teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors, and support staff.
End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment cycle from initial client engagement through to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates. Coordinate daily bookings, last-minute cover requests, and emergency staffing requirements efficiently.
Consultative Expertise: be an expert in your area and advise clients on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and solutions. Negotiate rates, terms of business, and placement details with clients and candidates
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic business, we need candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a money-motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are also essential.
For this role, you must have previous experience within a recruitment or B2B sales role.

For this role you must hold a UK Driving licence.
