Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking to advance your career within a reputable dealership? We are recruiting for a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our client's busy team in Romford, Essex. Attractive basic salary of £33,600 per annum, with potential earnings averaging £49,645 annually, including bonuses
Guarantee of £40,000 earnings for the first four months to support your transition

Provide technical diagnostics and repairs to meet customer expectations and enhance productivity
Maintain and develop technical skills through manufacturer-led training
Conduct all repair and servicing work in accordance with manufacturer standards and quality assurance protocols
Perform vehicle health checks accurately and efficiently, ensuring 100% compliance with company procedures
Uphold health and safety standards consistently within the workshop environment
Assist with warranty processes and deliver excellent customer service
Support team activities to uphold dealership reputationRequirements:
Relevant formal qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
MOT Tester qualification highly desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience within a franchised dealership is preferred but not essential
