We're recruiting a talented Chef de Partie to join a well-regarded 4-star hotel near Ringwood, set in the heart of the New Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a professional, supportive environment.

Whether you're an experienced CDP or a strong Commis ready to progress, this role offers the perfect platform to develop your career.

👨‍🍳 The Role

Prepare and cook high-quality fresh dishes to a consistent standard
Run your own section during service
Support senior chefs with kitchen operations
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Assist with prep and contribute ideas where appropriate

🔥 About You

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
Passion for fresh food and seasonality
Able to work calmly under pressure
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Good understanding of food safety and HACCP
