Location: Earls Colne, Essex - Own transport essential
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm
Contract: Temporary

We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established and reputable company based near Earls Colne. Working within a busy production environment, this is a hands-on role that involves physical work, operating machinery, and working as part of a team to meet production targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing experience who is looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Due to the rural location applicants need their own reliable transport to be considered for the role.

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Operative:

Prepare and set moulds for production processes.
Using machinery and tools safely to complete all production tasks.
Carry out finishing work to a high standard.
Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment.
Handle materials and finished products, including heavy manual handling.
Support in the monitoring of stock level and communicate with management.Requirements:

Previous experience within a manufacturing and production environment is essential.
Own reliable transport is required due to the rural location.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.What's on Offer:
