Carrying out repairs and day to day re-active maintenance work
All aspect of plumbing
All asects of Carpentry
Have a Multi skill set
Complete Jobs on time
Provide good service to Tenants
Requirements:
Must have social housing experience as the work is carried out on social properties daily.
A full UK Driving License
Must hold a NVQ qualification
