Are you passionate about delivering great customer service?

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing business. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, booking appointments, providing updates and ensuring a smooth customer journey from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and online channels
Booking appointments and coordinating with internal teams
Providing updates and support throughout the customer journey
Resolving customer queries and handling feedback professionally
Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems

What we're looking for:

Previous customer service or customer-facing experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A positive, customer-first approach
