We are looking to register enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across our network of partner primary schools in Barking & Dagenham and the surrounding boroughs. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking flexible work while gaining experience in a variety of supportive school settings.
About the Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across a range of primary year groups, maintaining a positive learning environment and adapting to different school settings. Working as a supply teacher allows you to choose the days you are available, and we will offer suitable work opportunities based on your schedule with access to an online diary.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
Follow school planning and policies where required.
Maintain positive behaviour and effective classroom management.
Adapt confidently to different schools, classes, and year groups.
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
Uphold safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times.
Requirements
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Ability to travel across Barking & Dagenham and surrounding boroughs.
Confidence teaching across most primary year groups (preferences will always be considered).
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to teaching.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
