Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £28k - £45k per annum DOE
Location: Sandwich, Kent
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts, days and nights)

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned maintenance to maximise machinery uptime
* Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, minimising downtime
* Work on electrical installations up to 440V and safety circuits
* Diagnose faults using mechanical and electrical root cause analysis
* Support the Maintenance team in achieving zero breakdowns
Essential Skills & Experience:
* NVQ Level 3+ in Engineering
* Ideally with previous experience, but would consider post-apprenticeship applicants
* Electrical Engineering apprenticeship, ideally in manufacturing
* Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
* Knowledge of AC/DC motors and variable speed drives
Desirable:
* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
* Experience in 24/7 manufacturing environments
* Basic welding techniques
