This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, strongly invested engineering establishment where you can grow and develop into a Health, Safety & Compliance Manager within a growing industry and site.
Responsibilities -
Management and monitoring of safety systems, procedures and safe systems of work. You'll ensure compliance with environmental permits or licenses alongside an ability to interpret emissions data, develop working plans and auditing.
Implementing policy and procedure to deliver a highly compliant, quality led environment with safety at its core, you'll actively monitor, maintain and manage environments and health and safety risks assessments, SSOW and method statements to ensure best practice and prevention id incidents and accidents.
Working closely with the Plant Manager and site team, you'll support the development of the plant to maintain high productivity whilst ensuring a no compromise approach with regards to health, safety and environmental compliance always.
Requirements -
* Health, Safety & Compliance background is essential
* NVQ Level 4 and working towards level 5 and 6 essential
* Background in Engineering or Manufacturing is essential
* Motivated to progress into management
