We are seeking a talented and motivated MEP BIM Technician to join a growing team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established architectural consultancy delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.

Working alongside architects, engineers, and design professionals, you will play a key role in developing coordinated MEP BIM models and supporting the successful delivery of projects from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities of this MEP BIM Technician role:

Produce and develop high-quality MEP BIM models using industry-standard software.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) services with architectural and structural models.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design clashes.
Prepare detailed drawings and construction documentation.
Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams throughout all project stages.
Support continuous improvements to BIM processes and workflows.About You

Experience working as an MEP BIM Technician within a consultancy or building services environment.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
Good understanding of BIM Level 2/ISO 19650 standards and BIM coordination processes.
Experience using Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of building services design and construction.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
