The Role
As a Support Worker, you will be working with clients with learning disabilities, ranging from mild to challenging needs. Your role will be to support service users in their daily lives, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Providing person-centred support to individuals
Helping clients with everyday activities and tasks
Encouraging independent living and positive outcomes
Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
Working as part of a team to deliver high standards of care
Skills and Experience
Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
Commitment to promoting dignity and respect
Team player with excellent communication skills
Reliable and flexible approach to agency work
