St. Peter's, Greater London, United Kingdom
Construction
Immediate Start
£500 - £600 Daily
Temporary
Are you an experienced Change Planner looking to work on one of London's most prestigious and technically challenging construction projects?
We're recruiting for an excellent contract opportunity on a landmark life sciences development that is set to become one of the UK's leading research facilities. This is your chance to join a high-performing project team delivering a complex, fast-paced scheme where your expertise will have a genuine impact on project success.
This isn't a traditional planning role. We're specifically looking for someone with a strong background in Change Planning, helping project teams understand the programme implications of change, evaluate delays and mitigation measures, and support commercial decision-making throughout the life of the project. This role is not suited to Claims Planners, so previous hands-on Change Planning experience is essential.
You'll be working with ASTA Powerproject to assess programme impacts, develop and maintain change programmes, and collaborate closely with commercial, delivery and project management teams to ensure changes are accurately reflected within the live programme. You'll need to be confident working with multiple stakeholders, able to challenge where required, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving project environment.
To be considered, you'll have proven experience working on major construction projects, strong ASTA Powerproject skills, and a track record of delivering Change Planning on complex live schemes. Experience with Tier 1 contractors or large specialist contractors is highly desirable.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract on a flagship London project with an ASAP start. The team operates collaboratively, so you'll be expected to be on site four days per week, working closely with key project stakeholders.
