Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school?

A highly regarded primary school in Westminster is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year, offering the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of children with additional needs.

The role may include supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as delivering small-group interventions, adapting learning activities, and promoting independence throughout the school day.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience supporting children with SEND is essential
Experience working within a UK primary school is highly desirable
Patient, caring, and resilient with a positive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Able to adapt to the individual needs of pupils
Passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning
