FLT Driver
We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing and distribution team. This is a full‑time days role with No weekends.
Location: Ossett
Pay: £12.71 per hour Monday–Friday, Days (flexible hours)
Hours: 8.30am-4.30pm need flexibility to work if required 7am-3pm and 9am-5pm
The Role
You’ll be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance FLT, supporting the movement of materials across the site, and assisting with general warehouse duties. This is a hands‑on role that involves manual lifting and working efficiently within a fast‑paced environment.
Key Duties
Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and confidently
Loading, unloading and moving stock across the site
Using hand‑gun scanners for stock control and picking
Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
Manual lifting as part of daily duties
Working flexibly across different day shifts as required
Requirements
Valid Counterbalance licence
Previous Forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Confident using hand‑gun scanners
Comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, adaptable and able to work as part of a team
