We are working with a forward-thinking construction business near Motherwell, seeking a Technician from an architectural or manufacturing background who may be interested in making the switch into a contractor as a Design Coordinator.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate design information across internal fit-out projects.
Ensure design intent is maintained through delivery.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical information.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design issues.
Manage design changes and support project deadlines.
What we're looking for:
Background as a Technician within architecture or manufacturing.
Strong technical drawing and design coordination skills.
Interest in transitioning into a construction/internal fit-out environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-focused approach.
