The Role
As the PTLS Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading delivery and decision-making within the scope of pools, tanks, liners, sumps, and steelworks. Your day-to-day activities will include authoring, reviewing, and approving technical deliverables, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, leading technical meetings, and providing guidance across teams to ensure standards and QA processes are maintained. You will support design gap resolution, supervise technical activities, and mentor junior team members.
You will have the following skills & experience
Proven expertise in civil, structural, and steelwork design
Extensive knowledge of welding engineering, processes, NDT, and standards
Ability to perform engineering calculations related to welds, anchors, and structures
Experience with design tools such as TEKLA, NavisWorks, or PDMS
Good understanding of relevant codes and standards, including EUROCODE or RCC-M
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
