Role Overview

Carry out servicing, maintenance, inspection, and repair of lifting and safety equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with relevant industry standards.
Accurately complete service reports and maintenance documentation.
Support customers with technical advice when required.
Work both within the workshop and at customer sites as required.
Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle to a professional standard.
Contribute positively to the wider engineering team and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Previous experience in a mechanical engineering, maintenance, or fitting role.
Experience working with lifting equipment is advantageous but not essential.
LEEA qualifications are desirable.
Basic electrical knowledge would be beneficial.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail with accurate record-keeping skills.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.

Salary & Benefits
