Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN) – Dementia Care
Location: Twickenham, London
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week
Shifts: Day shifts only
Salary: £22 – £23 per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a reputable nursing home in Twickenham, specialising in dementia care.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents living with dementia. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and well-structured care environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents with dementia
* Develop, implement, and review individual care plans
* Administer medication in line with NMC guidelines
* Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes
* Lead and support care staff on shift
* Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
Requirements
* Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
* Extensive experience working in dementia nursing homes (essential)
* Strong clinical and assessment skills
* Good understanding of dementia care best practices
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Commitment to delivering high standards of care
