The Role:
A leading Central Government organisation is seeking an experienced Parliamentary & Complaints Caseworker to join its Strategy, Policy & Engagement team on an initial 6-month contract.
This role is responsible for managing complex casework and complaints, investigating operational issues, supporting service improvement, and providing high-quality responses to parliamentary and high-profile enquiries.
You will work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders to resolve complex issues, improve user outcomes and ensure compliance with governance and statutory requirements.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex complaints, casework or high-profile operational issues.
- Experience investigating operational or digital service issues, gathering evidence and identifying root causes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across multiple teams.
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and drive service improvements.
- Ability to manage complex cases through to resolution while balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience producing high-quality correspondence, briefings and responses for senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance and user-focused service delivery.
- Government or public sector experience is desirable.
