You will join an international procurement organization focused on optimizing technology investments, supplier relationships, and sourcing strategies across EMEA or APAC markets.

As an IT Procurement Consultant, you will manage technology sourcing activities, vendor relationships, and procurement processes across software, hardware, telecommunications, and IT services categories. Working closely with Business Technology, Finance, Legal, and Security teams, you will help deliver cost-effective and compliant procurement solutions while supporting strategic business objectives.

• Execute IT sourcing initiatives, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations across software, hardware, and IT services categories.
• Manage vendor relationships and support engagement plans for strategic technology suppliers.
• Lead IT renewals, licensing assessments, and market evaluations to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Business Technology stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Data Privacy, and Finance teams to ensure compliance and budget alignment.
• Monitor procurement performance, spend analytics, and procurement operations using SAP and sourcing tools.

• 5+ years of experience in IT Procurement, Technology Sourcing, or Indirect Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models, SaaS agreements, subscriptions, and enterprise contracts.
• Experience managing IT procurement across software, hardware, telecommunications, and professional services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and e-sourcing platforms.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in global environments.
